Universal Studios, Sea World, and other Orlando area attractions are within a short drive. All amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are just minutes away. It is conveniently located within a short drive to major Florida attractions, and next to a championship golf course. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center are within an hour drive to the East. The warm Gulf of Mexico waters at Clearwater Beach are an hour drive to the west.
